At Combat Nutrition, we’re committed to providing high-quality, premium supplements for combat sports athletes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products past their expiry date.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our support team at contact@combatnutrition.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive instructions for returning your product.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different variant, contact us at contact@combatnutrition.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
